The Sound of Oneness

Breathe for Peace is a multidimensional international peace project that will make the global peace community audible and tangible through the sound of people actively breathing together.

The Sound of Oneness is the first production of the Breathe for Peace project.

You will receive a double CD – one instrumental and one with a guided meditation. You also will get the download version.

Each person was individually recorded while following the guided meditation developed by Daniel Hirtz. A total of 220 people from 22 countries. The sound of the different breathing rhythms is synchronized with all the other participants and set to music that complements the theme of each piece.

Just listening to the sound of people breathing together can create a special effect that touches us deeply. If you breathe along please remember to take it easy. When you follow the guided instructions or just intuitively breathe along do as much as you are comfortable with. Never push yourself. Breathe at your own pace taking breaks if necessary.

Through the help of enlightened audio editing, the breath recordings were synchronized together into a beautiful and uplifting choir of breaths: the Sound of Oneness. The album was finally released on New Year’s Eve of 2019.

The recording process was done through simply following a guided meditation, a prayer on world peace. During that meditation, people were instructed to breathe in nine carefully selected ways and sing one tone. The unique sound of each participant’s breath and voice was recorded.

Each participants’ name was added to the list and published with the album as well as on the internet site as an expression of a community that stands for peace and oneness.

Dear Daniel, it was a beautiful gift being at a gathering for your soft launch of the CD.
The flow of the meditations, breath work and music took us to a beautiful place of oneness, creativity, expansive love and compassion.
I highly recommend this beautiful CD to anyone to expand their creativity, peace, feelings of oneness, healing, and love.
I have shared with several friends since the opening about the beauty of this CD and the work that Daniel is doing to help us all experience the unity of the divine in all.
I will hold you, and the project in love, blessings, and moral support.
    Love and gratitude, Linda

I commend you on your musicianship and ability to play all of these instruments and compose them into captivating music with the breathe tracks is very powerful. I felt deeply drawn in, sometimes going too far off places and losing myself. The sensation was relaxing, peaceful, hypnotic, and uplifting.

Wow, where the hell am I? I can tell you where I was (and have been for several weeks now, on a job) when I heard this—in a boring McMansion in a suburb north of Atlanta, but when I turned out all the lights and plugged into this, breathed into this, I was going down a river in Australia, saw my face in the surface of the water; I was at a forest campfire with the father I never knew in, who knows, somewhere); then I was being hugged and kissed by an Indian tribe (track #4) during some kind of middle-of-the-night initiation rite; then, during the Compassion track, #7 (my favorite number), I was fully aware of being nowhere exotic, just upstairs in my temporary McMansion bedroom, breathing with the rhythm of the drums, coming all the way back home to myself, forgiving myself for everything.

There was more, there will be more, but for now, thanks Daniel. You’ve done it again, deeper and wider every time.

This music is instantly both relaxing and energizing. It’s more than music, it embodies love and connection through sound. I will carry it with me to bring me back to my self and a sense of oneness for the rest of my life.

For me, these recordings capture the very essence of the earth-beat of life itself. I just let my heart and mind and body run free.
I experienced a level of joy I have not experienced in a long time just by mirroring the breathing and letting my body move to whatever the rhythm wanted.
I was transported to a place I had never been before, but one I knew intimately.
The words exciting, exhilarating, euphoric don’t even come close to the joy I experienced.
I found my whole being was vibrating at a higher level, right through to my core.
    It was absolutely magical!

    WOW!!!
All I can say is I feel so close to you and to all of creation, to all that is…..
How intimate can we be when we hear and feel the life force weaving within our very breath?
The portal between energy and matter is palpable.
Thank you, Daniel for such a beautiful gift to all of us!
I feel so thankful to have breathed with you and experienced the power of breathing
together as one being, one body, one breath.
    Your call is out!
    There’s no stopping us now…
These six minute segments truly open the depth and space of being within a body
In time and space beyond what’s considered intellectually time and space.
The sounds awaken what needs to be awakened, the water sounds soothe my
    psyche and soul.

This is a magical collection of mystical music with so many elements and fascinating rhythm and beautiful sounds. The “Oneness” piece is my favorite, it takes you to another place and would be wonderful in any meditation session.
